Three things land at 08:00. Only one gets me first.
Your ad asks for prioritization at advanced level, "managing competing demands across multiple projects and stakeholders", so instead of claiming it, here is a worked Monday on a Gulf execution desk. My order is committed below, sealed before you choose.
Worked example. The three projects are illustrative, assembled from Schneider Electric's published UAE work.
Which one would you take first?
Sealed before you pick: the factory slip at 08:15, the escalation call before 11:00, and a polite no to the free scope by 16:00. Choose a card and I will show the working.
- 08:15 first
- The factory slip. The only item where hours change the outcome: I need today's freight cutoff, the revised slot on the Hamriyah line, and a re‑sequenced commissioning plan before anyone gives the utility a new date.
- 10:30 second
- The escalation. The campus customer gets a call with a date they can hold and a risk assessment by end of day, not an apology at 08:05.
- 16:00 refused
- The free scope. No unpriced work starts: the contractor gets a variation order this week instead of a favour, which protects their budget and ours.
By Friday: the utility holds a date it can trust, the campus has a recovery plan it helped shape, and the retrofit has a signed variation instead of a verbal promise.
I built this page and the plan on it myself, with the AI tools I use every day. They come with me.
The fit, including the honest part
Prioritization under load
Your only advanced-level requirement, and the reason this page opens with a Monday.
At Ifolor I owned a CHF 100M+ e‑commerce business with more good ideas than capacity every quarter; choosing the right ones returned +9% conversion and +15% checkout completion. At Swiss Post I turn open-ended AI opportunity into a prioritised roadmap with KPIs.
Customers who stay customers
Your ad calls it customer orientation; in practice it is who makes the uncomfortable call.
At Brixel I was the bridge between senior stakeholders at UBS and Baloise and the delivery team, and the difficult conversations were mine to have. At WePractice we built a base of 170+ recurring customers from zero.
Efficiency you can audit
Cost reduction while maintaining or improving delivery quality, with numbers attached.
At Swiss Post I cut time spent on sales by 30% through automation and AI, and cut proposal feedback loops by 90% with a pitch-check tool I built myself. Both figures are mine to defend in an interview.
The honest read
What I have not done, stated plainly.
I have never delivered an electrical or automation project; my execution record comes from digital products and ventures. The technology is your engineers' craft. What I bring is the discipline around it: budgets held, risks called early, customers told the truth at 10:30. I am based in Zurich, planning the move to Dubai with my partner, and available with notice.

The first 90 days, planned like a project
Days 1 to 14
Learn the desk
The live projects, the Customer Project Process as you actually run it, and the people at The Nest. No changes, full notes.
Days 15 to 45
Own the readout
The weekly execution readout across my projects: status, risk, financials, and one decision each week that saves cost without touching quality.
Days 46 to 90
Tighten the machine
AI where it pays on an execution desk: faster reporting, cleaner handovers. Every change is measured, and dropped if it does not pay.
